Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping is free for all orders. We send an installation team with the products.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thecleanwatercompany.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Eligible Returns

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom installations or products that have been used, installed, or altered

Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly offer a replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
